It just means your dehydrated. You should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Then your natural pink tongue will return hehe. I hope that helps.

that is incredible yet i presumed i wouldn't in any respect get white tooth! After a large dental cleansing i could be large for a on an identical time as, yet then for each and all of the tea and low, I have been given stained tooth. So, sooner or later I asked a pal in the event that they have been born with in basic terms large white tooth, or that they had a "secret element". They brushed with Colgate popular morning and evening and flossed. secret element: Take a million/8-a million/4 cup water and combine an equivalent volume of HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. Take a small mouthful and graceful it on your mouth, around your tooth and gums for 30-60 seconds, then spit out. proceed with the the remainder of the measured out volume. try this each and each morning and each and each evening. Your tooth will grow to be whiter steadily. It feels humorous the 1st time you graceful with 0.5/0.5 water/peroxide. in spite of the undeniable fact that it does whiten. of direction, the fewer coffee and tea retains the tooth white. As Hydrogen Peroxide is comparatively much less high priced, it whitens, freshens, and is an antiseptic.

Brush your tongue just like you brush your teeth. if your tongue does not come clean or it looks like it just keeps returning go to your dentist to see if it fungal. It is nothing to worry about and can be resolved either way. Always ask your Dentist, he really won't mind helping you and putting your questions to rest. I say call and ask anyway.
