I am not asking this because I want to fish for compliments. I am asking this because I am at an absolute loss as to what I should do...

The question behind this post is simply am I pretty? Am I thin/should I stop? Am I attractive? I have had a few boyfriends in the past, but the relationships were short and meaningless. I used to be a very fat kid, and was heading for a miserable path. I couple of years ago, i decided to shed the weight, and 6 moths later i was 30lbs lighter. Now, whenever I look in the mirror, all i see is the fat kid i used to be... the depression that resulted from this caused me to not eat for several weeks. I'd eat plain lettuce when i felt faint, and drank a lot. (this was recent) I lost some more weight, but now i don't know how to stop. I am not eating healithly again, but i work out constantly, still trying to shed the weight that i don't know if i have.

please help me...
look at the pics and respond to this question.

You need to get help before it's too late.

You're not fat. If you are having such issues, you should probably seek therapy.

On your own, you need to commit to complimenting yourself. Seriously, start looking in the mirror and picking out the good things about you. Smile, and realize how it lights up your face. See how it makes your eyes get a little squinty. This is something that is so beautiful. Start teaching yourself that this you are attractive.

Once you start believing in your own worth, you'll realize even more that other people see it too.

You are pretty. I think that you should eat. If you are working out a lot you are just going to maintain your wieght. I am ont the skinniest person either and have made it through. You are really pretty. Dont let yourself down. But you might need to get some help. Dont be stupid because it will carry on your shoulders till you cant take it anymore

Well sweetie, congrats on your weight loss on choice of a healthier life! Keep it up! You look great as you are, but one suggestion - you might try doing a more feminine look. The pic of you with your horse is VERY pretty, your hair looks nice, and it looks like you have a little bit of makeup on. Lovely!

PS. I know that giant chair - Virginia City?

you have low self esteem. you have low self respect. you have an unbalanced body image. the short lived relationships have not helped the process. My advice:- go to your GP. Explain exactly what youve said here, ask for counselling, with an emphasis on building self belief, self esteem and self confidence. Talk about the eating issues, and address them with the help of professionals. An attractive person is one who is comfortable in their own skin, cool and collected because they have a quiet confidence, and oozing sex appeal with their great body image, and judging from the work outs you invest in, at least that one's sorted! You use what's out there and available. Go for it! Good luck!!

I don't even need to see pics to know that you're in some sort of trouble. You need to speak to a counselor. Even if you are overweight, which I'm sure you're not, you sound very troubled and it sounds like there may be more behind this than just a weight issue. Please get help from a doctor or counselor. Good luck to you.

Its not your looks that are detering you its your low self esteem issues. You seem attractive enough, just got to be more confident and outgoing and stop dwelling upon looks.
