Hun your hitting the typical teenage life..and while it will only last for alittle bit ..theres really not much I or anyone else can say.
If you believe in God then go to church as much as possible..pray to him for help ect. through this time. Also maybe you get into a group at church and get you involved with things..
Try and stay positive and work on school and set goals for yourself. : )

Go outside and take a brisk walk. Look at all the beautiful nature, the flowers, the cats and dogs. Say Hi to people. It'll give you a new outlook on life.
If it gets bad, and you think you have chronic depression, see a doctor. You may need an anti-depressant. As a fellow sufferer of depression, I can tell you that anti-depressants can change your life. If you're just going through the motions, if you're living in a big black hole, if you're not laughing real laughs, then see a doctor!! In a week your whole life can change. Everything will be bright and sunny again.
But first, try that brisk walk outside. Hopefully, that's all you need. Good luck, sweetie. :)

Okay, Sarah.
The teenage years are very difficult at best. Your hormones are going crazy, and you're trying to figure out what your place in the world is. On top of that, you probably have depression.
Have you spoken with your parents about this, especially your mother? You might need some counseling.
Good luck.

did something happen that made you not happy anymore? because if so, then you need to deal with that first.
if not, then it might be hormones. i mean alot of 16 year olds are bummed out about one thing or another.
find something you really like to do, that no matter what you can't be down about it. try going to the pet store and playing with the kittens. go to walmart and randomly put condoms in other peoples carts. go to a car lot, tell them your parents are rich and you came to test drive some cars to see what you want them to get you.

I know how it can feel. But take a break from homework and stress and make a list, mental or pysical of everything great in your life. It may seem like nothing, but you'll be surprised. You could be starving in Africa or dying of a deadly diesease. I know it's hard, but trust me, you'll get through it. Take it step by step

All you can do is TRY! Instead of being negative be postive about things! This may take a while but talk to your friends and laugh and hang out! TRYING is all you can do! sorry

One thing that helps me is to start a list (verbal or written) of every little thing in my life that is good, that I am thankful for, and people I love and love me...Whenever I count my blessings, it shifts the darkness just a little, and go from there.
Another thing is music and dance......Just Dance!
Bless!
