I got my kids to grow their own veggie garden, and it worked. They looked forward to eating the things that they had grown, and they also enjoyed looking after their garden.

Good luck. My daughter will only eat fresh corn on the cob, raw peas and carrots straight from the garden, and mashed sweet potatoes.

Try homemade pumpkin or zucchini bread (made with whole wheat pastry flour). You can also try pureeing a few vegetables and sneaking them into other foods, like spaghetti sauce.

Yeah, I'm having fun there. Push the dark green ones, as they're best: broccoli and spinach. I'm going to have to use butter or cheese to tempt him, but I'll keep the salt out of it (I use unsalted butter).

Making a game can help. Broccoli trees and the like. Making a picture with the veggies on his plate....

Eating them yourself and saying how good they are will help too.

Give them ranch dressing to dip it in, like with brocolli, celery, carrots. OR Make a cheese sauce to go on top of the veggies.

let him eat the ones he likes and let him pick themout at the store, a small veggie garden works too. most kids do not like veggies that are cooked but rather have them raw and in fun shapes have them help with the cooking or salad making too.

My daughter will eat any veggie as long as she gets to dip it in something (usually ranch). Celery, carrots, and broccoli seem to be her favorites right now.

does he eat fruit, if so don't worry about the vegies. try giving him raw carrots, cauliflower, celery, and other raw vegies, with dip for snacks.

My eldest would not eat vegies, but ate fruit al the time, so i decided not to worry about, he has grown up healthy, and now 25 years later eats all the vegies.

mash them into the potato. Remember, beans are also a vegetable even if they are baked! (but not every day!)
