Depends on what you like. I like low fat/ fat free cottage cheese on pita chips, peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat toast, or tuna mixed with olive oil and salt and pepper on crackers.

Fruit smoothies!
Chop up, say, a banana, couple strawberries and a mango then throw them in the blender.
And you end up with a most delightful snack =)
Another suggestion is... Bran Flakes
with milk if you like milk.
That's pretty healthy.
Oh and try mixing your own salads.
They don't have to be the conventional type.
I tried an apple + carrot + almond + a bit of lemon juice salad once and it tasted pretty good.

You'll have to like fish (and garlic) for this one!! One can of tuna fish packed in water (not oil).....about 4-5 good-size anchovy fillets.....3-4 big raw cloves of garlic.....1 hardboiled egg, with yolk.......1/2 cup good quality virgin olive oil........crushed dried spicy red pepperoncino, to taste. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till creamy smooth..add a little extra olive oil, if necessary. This mixture can be used over pasta....on squares of toast ..OR, for a dynamite protein blast.....scoop 2 tablespoons into half a hardboiled egg (without the yolk). Enjoy!!

Fruits and vegetables are always good. I also like yogurt, granola, light popcorn, pretzels and light stuff to snack on during the day.

i will suggest the basic fruit, like an apple or something, everyone says yogurt and fruit which are good ideas, but really boring ones...try a serving of rice or a not so sugary cereal like cheerios. you can always make toast with peanut butter, or a light spread.

The healthiest snack I can think of is a handful of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and pine nuts mixed. It's actually quite satisfying and way tastier than it sounds

Get fresh white bread and cut thick slices.
Toast it
Put lots of butter on.
Cover with hot baked beans
Crumble mature stilton all over
Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper.
Believe me it's great and anything that tastes this good has to be healthy!
