Internationally they are called Maxillary Central Incisors if you are referring to the two top front teeth... the lower ones are called Mandibular Central Incisors.
The 'numbers' for them will differ, depending on which numbering system is used... In the Universal Numbering System, the Maxillary Upper Centrals would be 8 & 9, but in the Palmer Numbering System, the Maxillary Upper Centrals would both be #1, but in different quadrants.
