Need Help With Playstation 3!?

I borrowed a PS3 from a friend, my tv is the Insignia 22" LCD HDTV from Best Buy.Com and I plugged in the HDMI cable from the PS3 to the TV and I cant figure out how to get a picture... any ideas??

Ya do what the other guy said, this resets the picture to the basic one (480i) and then you can change it to a batter one if you want.

plug in the HDMI and the put it on standby mode(red light). hold down the power button on the front for 10 sec then your all set
