Nothing you can really do about that. Tell your friend that him being with her upsets you. If he doesn't care then some friend he is. Find another friend of yours to hang out with. Your best friend will get the message if he looses you for your ex-girlfriend. That'll get you somewhere

Forgive both of them, Put yourself in your best friends shoes he wants to be your bestfriend but he also wants her. What if you went out with his ex because you really liked her and still wanted to be his best friend. Wouldn't you feel like crap if you wanted both, don't make him choose that would make you not a good friend. You can't stop love, you know maybe your not meant to be with her, and he is, two people who are meant to be together find there way in the end. you will find that person. maybe she is his love. Alls you can do is forgive.

your best friend isnt a best friend i kno guys cant do this well but tell him u cant deal with those ackward moments with the 3 of u
