I don't see how making the food digest slower can make you loose weight...seems kinda wrong if you ask me, I would think the longer to digest, the more stays! But I may be wrong!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

I do not want to be cynical. But the only way to loose weight is to expend less energy that you input. Weight gain takes a long period of time and weight loss should take a similar time scale. A lifestyle change is my advice, it may seem forever but nice weightloss should ideally target about 12 to 18 months. If all the fads worked no one would be fat

Why would anyone want to basically eat nothing but sugar to lose weight? I agree with the nurse. This is not healthy and can lead to health problems like diabetes. Psylence makes some very good points. Eat healthy and exercise, and you will not be overweight.

Was Winnie the Pooh skinny?
But, seriously, I've lost about 10 to 15 kgs these last few weeks by drinking hot green tea with a little honey in it in every meal- it helps me go to the loo more regularly, and better!

While a small amount of honey is very healthy for you. (It contains many minerals, and nutrients.) Eating a large amount is extremely unhealthy.
Are you sure his goal was to loose weight? Many wrestlers I know have tried gaining weight to make certain weight classes.

No. There is a lot of sugar in honey. If anything, it will be something that takes longer for your body to break down.

Honey does not supply the body with all the nutrients it needs to survive. If honey is all you eat you'll DEFINITELY lose weight because you'll get sick and then die.

No. Don't you remember Winnie the Pooh getting stuck in Rabbit's door from eating way too much honey?
So he started to climb out of the hole. He pulled with his front paws, and pushed with his back paws, and in a little while his nose was in the open again ... and then his ears ... and then his front paws ... and then his shoulders ... and then-'Oh, help!' said Pooh, 'I'd better go back,' 'Oh bother!' said Pooh, 'I shall have to go on.' 'I can't do either!' said Pooh, 'Oh help and bother!' ...

Eating honey exclusively is very bad for you. It deprives your body of necessary vitamins and nutrients. There's a reason the US Food and Drug Administration has created the 'Food Guide Pyramid.'
