heres a question.

a year or so back, i decided to try to be a vegitarian for a month. it was allright, but i missed burgers, steaks, etc...

well, my first meal back was a tripple stacker from burger king. needless to say, eating greens for a month, my body was not used to so much fat.

*WARNING, GRAPHIC*

so preety much, my body wasn't able to break up the fat, my stool was loaded with fat molecules floating. and well....i don't need to go farther into detail

i can't remember how long it took for my gallblader to adjust back, weather it was days, weeks, or even a month.i can't remember

so my question is, how long do you guys think it should take??

the organ you are talking about does not create the bile your liver does otherwise i would have no bile my gallbladder has been removed but for a healthy normal working system would take only a week or two but if you continue to eat fat you can damage your liver then everthing wont work right and you get erratic bowl movements and need to take laxatives to go and stoppers to stop thats why they say so much to have a balanced diet to avoid extremes

the gall bladder doesn't make bile, it only stores it. The liver makes bile. Suggest that you be a bit more gradual in re introducing meats and fats to your regimen.
