For someone who's apparently been in the prison system, and can't seem to stay out, you sure have a nice sense of humor: "tricH question"; I got it! Cute!
Anyway, presumably you are referring to "trichinosis" (refer to the link, below). If so, then you are more likely to get it from walking in a farm or field than in a jail.
And, most importantly, the "trich" to avoiding it, in your case, is to stay out of jail, hon! ;)
