Doesn't everyone think their views are correct? Why else would you uphold them?
Anyway, the major difference is that science has evidence to support the Big Bang theory. Scientists would also accept evidence contrary to the theory if it were found. It has yet to be.

at least atheists base their theories on scientific fact and study. creationists base heirs totally on a 6000 year old book written by ignorant people who thought measles was a punishment for some imagined transgression

(I'll stick with accepting scientific theories, because they are based on observations of data.)
