There are a few but the most popular is Amaretto. Nice.It is an almond liqueur, you can also buy Amaretto biscuits.

true, it could be a lot of things, but not campari, which is an aperitif, served before food is consumed. after dinner drinks are dessert wines, port wines, shots of bailey's, kahlua, strega, sambucca, b&b, amaretto, tuaca, frangelico,etc. or grappa (not sweet).

Drambuie is my favorite. It is a sweet scotch whiskey. I believe they make it with honey for fermentation. That is what gives it, its sweet taste.
