I worked for olive garden 3 years ago did a good job but let with no notice. going in to speak with them tomorrow anything extra I can do to make my chances better?

If they don't ask, don't tell! I doubt after three years anyone will remember. The turn over rate of a restaurant's staff is huge.

I dont think that they wont take you back its not like if Olive Garden couldnt replace you. it didnt hurt them that you left why should it hurt them if you go back. You can say you left because you had no other choice.

Start with apologizing for why you left with no notice, and maybe a good explanation (if it's true) might help. Some bosses have no re-hire policy, including me. Good luck!
