I heard as long as it's not contaminated all liquer is safe to drink no matter how old it is. Is this true? What about Irish cream? Do certain liquers last longer refrigerated? I have triple sec, vodka, coffee liqueur and tequila that's been sitting around for years. I buy it when I have company and drink it then but I rarely drink alone. So there it sits. Can I keep it indefinitely?

Since you mention Irish cream, coffee liqueur etc. I'm going to assume that you are referring to commercial liqueurs and not something you have made yourself. From what I know liquors will not go bad (liquor meaning whiskey, rum, gin, tequila, etc.)
Please note the difference between liquor and liqueur. A liqueur is a sweetened liquor. You mention vodka and tequila--those are liquors. Triple sec, coffee liqueur (Kahlua, Tia Maria, etc.) are liqueurs.
Most liqueurs will last for several years (I've heard of anywhere from 3 years to forever), particularly if they are unopened or opened rarely, such as your mention of drinking when you have company. However there is a separate consideration for cream based liqueurs. Any liqueur which has cream in it will eventually "go bad" since these liqueurs are roughly 34% cream. I have learned that a cream based liqueur will last about a year. After this the taste begins to change.

All liqeur can be kept for a long time. Remember that the longer it sits the stronger is it.....
