Sounds like real anxiety to me. Don't stress out over him, it isn't worth it. You are getting yourself into a depression that can lead to many other things. You need to rest and relax and let things go for now and see how you feel. If not better, get to a Dr. and let them know how you feel, depression is an imbalance in the brain and cause you to be like another person sometimes and cause severe damage emotionally.
I am 53 and had much experience.==

Sounds like you need to put some fun back into your life. Sometimes when all we do is work and there's no balance, we can become grumpy and moody. We have a short fuse and get irritated for simple things. So in order to but some balance back into your life and get rid of the moodiness, be more tolerant and lose the depression, I suggest the following.
1. Get active. Engage in some form of cardiovascular activity. This will shake off some of the stress and put back in some happiness through the release of endorphins.
2. Get together with friends. Have a barbecue, a dinner party, laugh, dance, just have some fund.
3. Watch some funny movies, comedies, sitcoms, to laugh again.
Begin with these and allow yourself to enjoy life again. Now if your bf is not doing it for you then that's something you must make a decision on but if he is, putting some fun back into your life can rekindle some romance between you two.

Life's too short to spend it stressed out. If you have issues that are bogging you down, seek the help of a professional to help you resolve them. Best to you

I see alot of answers here on the boards that look to your boyfriend, but the truth is that you alone are responsible for your own happiness. Perhaps you need to get outside and walk or get exercise. That is the best defence of depression. Or you can do something that is seen as an adventure like go hiking, find a place you have never been to in your own town like a restuarant, or join a class doing something you have never done. Get in your car and drive 10 miles in any direction and see what is there. be alive and live your life.

you love your bf too much and feel insecure without him. It is natural for some people and may be the reasons are physical or psychological. The best way is to get engaged in some activity which you like to take your mind away from the current situation. It works for me.
Also do light exercises regularly and may be some doctor and get some medicine for your tiredness.
Everything will be fine. JUST SMILE!!!!!!!!

well some people try exercise to energize, not just to stay in shape and be healthy, but this seems endogenous, or biological. Go to your doctor. Could be a mood disorder. Why wait for disaster. Glad you checked in, and good luck with this. Cheers.

Maybe you should consult your doctor. It might be something that is out of your control.
