And they put me down as being a white female on court documents and I am actually black can I get the record expunged, or what can I do to get rid of it legally?

Another criminal wanting to blame someone else for their actions.
Why don't you try that. Go back to the court and tell them you want your criminal case dismissed because the judge made a mistake. In fact, go hire some ambulance chaser first, and you can pay him a lot of money first.
Bottom line, accept responsibility for your own actions and be willing to accept the consequences.
