Call your dr. But if your on predisone it is common to get the puffy face. Now as for your limbs, that might be another symptom of lupus but you need to have it checked.

I have Lupus and one my earliest symptoms before being diagnosed properly was the puffiness and pain in the back of my legs. It was edema being caused by my kidneys being effected (or attacked) by the Lupus. I do suggest that you do see a doctor right away. Good luck.

Do you really think that the internet is the proper place to ask a question regarding lupus? Don't we have doctors or clinics experienced with the disease who might give you a solution to your problem? Lupus is a serious disease with many ramifications if not treated properly. Get to a doctor. Don't mess around!!

Prednisone is known to cause "moon face" or facial swelling. Are you on that?
However, if you are experiencing equal swelling in both sides with the extremities, I would ask the doctor to check your kidney function. 50%+ of us with lupus end up with nephritis. Left untreated, nephritis can result in dialysis while waiting for a transplant. Better to get it under control now.
Call the doctor.

I have lupus too, and it sucks. Inflamation and painful joints are common. Puffiness in your face could be caused by steroid medications. Check with your dr.
