Then why didn't god make our ability to think, reason, study, learn, discover, invent, up to todays standards, BACK THEN, why did he let us die of diseases before we became smart enough to find a cure, Couldn't he just make us smart back then?? or is he a big fan of Evolution?

If one more christian mentions the phrase "Free Will" I swear....

Back then when the earth was flat and you could fall off the earth was just a few years old and the center of the universe the human race had many different gods, rain, sun and on an on. As we evolved as humans we educated our self's (some of us).

According to these mental asylum escapees, we developed vaccines and/or cures b/c of sin. Then that enabled us to pray less. All that disease and suffering in the past? Apparently, no biggie. They had God to pray to.
BTW, if you take the obscenely long ages of the OT characters and divide them by the number of moon cycles (which the ancients based their 'years' on), you get an average solar year lifetime that is equal to our average life span
IE: 900 (average OT age) divided by 13 equals 69. Divided by 12 it equals 75. A lunar year is 12 point something but I couldn't find the specific amt.

When God first made man, he had an incredible disease immunity and resistance system. Furthermore, they used 100% of their brains, not just a mere sloppy 8% to 10% like we do today.

It was through sin that our genetics became corrupt slowly and over a long period of time. Remember, Methuselah lived 969 years. Today, we live 80 to 100 years, more or less.

And yes - if they had simply obeyed God, none of this would be the way it is today.

But, now I have a question for you - since our current condition is due to sin, and the solution is to turn to Jesus in true repentance and trust, then are you part of the solution, or are you still part of the problem?

OMG you think we were stupid in the days of creation? Are you kidding? Jeez I see things so differently from you. Adam came straight from the hand of God! He had the wisdom to name the animals and knew he was alone in the world! Then God gave him Eve another straight from his hand. Yes Free will and trickery caused her to screw up but she was no dummy. Before the tower of Babel we all had 1 language. When God confused the tongues we lost a lot. and things are lost over the 4000-6000 years that we have been here. God Bless and Keep you even though you don't believe

He made us with all the same abilities, maybe people back then didn't even give it a thought, as time went on, through the ages more people became more confident in themselves to create better technology. Just like today how you see 5 different commercials for vacuums-because they're coming out with newer and improved things.

We trash our minds and our bodies and expect God to somehow hotwire us to keep on functioning at full capacity. Something is wrong in that thinking.

Man was healthier, smarter, taller, used more of his brain back in the beginning. Man has degraded alot since then by his eating choices [read God's plan for man's diet in Genesis], his moral choices, [disregarding the 10 commandments] and even by inventing some of these diseases himself. Man has gotten where he is by his choices.

The ills that you mention did not exsist untill Adam and Eve screwed up. All they had to do was tend the garden, play with the critters, and reproduce. But, (sorry) free will, said this is not enough, I want more, and that's what they got. More work, more hunger, more pain, more sickness, on, and on, and on.

Ask not why God did this or that, ask why I am so hateful toward him and so doubtful. You give us an answer and we might enlighten you and give you one silly soulless empty demonic one you! Geez!

I like theory!

And, since "God" made man, wouldn't "He" be embarrassed at what "He" made?

MENtal anxiety, MENtal retardation, MENtal anguish, MENstrul cramps, all women's problems seem to begin with MEN!

I forgot.... although I'm not a christian.... FREE WILL
