Which one do you think my 13 and 16 year old daughters would like better? They realy like to play the guitar Hero.

I'd get them the Wii because of its interactive nature. Plus there are more games tailored to their age group. But it will be much tougher to get a hold of (sold out everywhere) and on back-order.
In my opinion, unless you want a Blu-ray player for yourself, there are very few titles worth buying a PS3 for at the moment.

The PS3 is for hardcore gamers. It will be around for a long time, and has many awesome games already out or coming out. The new Dualshock 3 controller is coming out, with motion sensing and rumble, and the PS3 has an online network and will soon be releasing "Home". The Wii has very little incredible games, most good ones are from the streamline of nintendo franchises like Mario or Zelda. The motion controls are a novelty now, but I doubt that the system will survive for a prolonged period. For now, you can get guitar hero and Rock Band on PS3. I'm not sure about the Wii.

We have a Wii, and both of my kids love it! We ae getting Guitar hero 3 for Christmas. We play the Wii as a family. Lots of fun things to do. Enjoy!

im 16 and i have a ps3. in my opinion, its the best console on the market. it is the most powerful system (ps3 > xbox 360 > wii) the wii isnt my style, the games are really for elementary school kids. if you want a wide selection of genres then go for ps3 other than that get the wii.

it really depends on what they like. in my opinion the wii is for casual gamers. if you want fun interactive games that the whole family can enjoy get the wii. the wii also has some games for hardcore gamers like zelda and super mario galaxy.
the ps3 for hardcore gamers with games like call of duty 4, resistance fall of man, and unreal tournament 3. it does have a few casual games like guitar hero and rock band. it has more power and better graphics than the wii. it also has online play. the ps3 is superior to the wii in terms of hardware. the ps3 is really a media center. it has a blu ray, dvd, and cd player in it.
it really is up to what games they like. for me i have both and i enjoy them both.

I myself and 11 year old girl, I love the Wii. My brother (15) has a PS3 and it's not very much for in my opinion. The Wii has tons of game that I love. Get the Wii. :P

1). Wii is intended for all-family-fun, it has a funny joystick. I think, teenage girls will love it. It's much weaker, than PS3.
2). PS3 is for older and hardcore gamers, PS3 has a lot more uses, than just simple gaming (installing another OS, great multimedia capabilities, blu-ray DVD player and many more).

He comprado muchos joysticks porque son un perfecto regalo y al final me he decidido compra uno y para mi, aunque el joystick que compre es de un precio muy bajo, la calidad es extraordinaria, es simplemente perfecto para los novatos porque es muy fácil de instalar y de utilizar y además, la función de vibración hace que el efecto sea increíble, muy buena elección en comprarme este joystick.

im 16 and i own the wii and i love it...........there are plenty of games that you can play that the entire family will enjoy....i also own ps3 but i only use it for my sims games......the wii is way better it keeps you on your feet....
