I've tried Bauche & Lomb Dry Eye, but it basically doesn't have a lasting effect. What's good for red, burning eyes?

for dry eye , I love pataday [ just one drop a day ]
for allergy , restasis is wonderful

I have this problem, too, and over-the-counter products didn't help much. I went to a doctor and got prescription eyedrops. They help a lot more. You might have to do that also if your condition continues. My dry eyes led to problems while sleeping at night. I would wake up with my eyelids glued together and sometimes, they would stick to the eyeballs. I would literally scratch the corneas when I opened my eyes. It is very painful and can mess up your vision for several days.
