Some times I can see why they have it in the initial post, only because their question can ONLY be answered by that one particular group.
For instance, I know nothing about Buddhism for instance, so I know I can pass on opening the question up.
However, I have noticed that when I do open up a question that I think I qualify I don't see where it applies to only ____.
