(I know that this is not the category to ask this type of question, but I will get the most responces here). Try to picture if you had to work these type of hours at your current job to answer this question.

my husband works 12 hour days sometimes more, he does 12days on 2 days off.

I guess it depends on the job and whether they make it up to you in other ways, like more vacation time, higher salary etc. my current hours are 8:30 to 5:30 and it does suck that you can never take care of personal business since you work business hours. But I would consider this for the right compenastion package

It's long hours, and I'd prefer not to, but if I needed the money I would do it. And actually, I HAVE routinely worked pretty close to those hours for extended periods.

my husband works 7pm till 6 am and he loves it, works 4 days a week, good insurance and benifits

Depends on the schedule and the payrate. I can't work weekends and I would love a high pay rate.

As long as its not everyday I don't see the problem. I work 7pm-7am and love it.
