feeling cold and tired all the time are pretty generic symptoms and could be attributed to many different ailments. If these things are interfering with your life, I suggest you discuss them with a doctor, likely he will start by getting some blood tests to make sure your values are all normal and work from there.

Hi, feeling cold so often could indicate poor circulation and feeling tired could be a symptom of many things, to a name few: thyroidism, poor diet, stress, depression, digestive problems.
Have you told your doctor about feeling cold and tired often?
Your doc will listen to your other symptoms and refer you for some blood tests.

I recommend trying acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. They do certain tests to find blockages in the meridians and causes of blocked energy. Acupuncture and herbs will bring balance to your system.

Good luck x

See a doctor if you're concerned. This can happen as a result of an under-active thyroid, but also as a result of winter/poor diet/being run-down. I think a lot of us feel a bit like this during this time of year, but your GP can test for any physical cause.

This could be symptoms of hypothyroidism. This hormone regulates your metabolism. Symtoms commonly include intolerace to the cold, fatigue, and weight gain. A simple blood test (TSH) can test for it, and thryoid replacement hormone is very cheap.

see your doctor. Colds may be due to allerghic rhinitis. You may also have endocrine problems like hypothyroidism. But it wont be definite unless you see your doctor and have some lab workups.
