It may be a dominance thing. Humping sometimes is to show dominance. It's not just sexually related.

Humping, whether from a female or a male, is usually associated with dominance. Its common, and not at all sexual, for dogs to show that they are the boss by either placing their bodies, heads, or paws on top of another dog, or even mounting them. This is actually something you can control, if you'd like, by just stopping her from humping. Right now she probably thinks she is the king of the hill and can dominate anyone or any dog she likes. Don't let her. Keep her off dogs and sooner or later she'll realize that YOU are the boss. Good luck!

Don't worry about it. Doesn't mean she is by-sexual. It's just DOG behavior. Dogs smell each other and that,s normal to get to know you. Dogs do that. Humping is just a greeting and is somewhat an expression of dominance. And it has nothing to do with her hormones. A neutered male dog will do the same. He doesn't even remember what the action is for, it just a greeting.

This is common with dogs who are undersocialized, and displayed when overly excited in play, having no sexual connotation, and not necessarily having anything to do with dominance. It's tolerated by some dogs, though considered rude behavior. Other dogs will correct her, and hopefully, she won't run into a dog who goes after her. What you can do is to intervene by distracting, then redirecting her.

Its a sign of dominance. Having her fixed doesn't control or calm that behavior.

This is not sexual - it is a form of control or dominance.
