He is a very christian man, and I also love the lord, but I don't feel it is wrong to have sex before marriage(this is a first for us both), we are committed to each other. We do everything together but sex. We both had extremely hard divorces. We had sex at first, but he felt that the lord was not going to bless us if we kept up having sex. I know he is loyal and loves me, I question, am I over-reacting. We both have baggage from the past.

The entire posting including the heading is totally self contradicting. You are over reacting because even though you want to have sex and feels its ok to have pre-marital sex, his religious belief is preventing him to do so in good conscience, if you really love him, you will respect his wishes.

Well, you both live together but not married so what is the difference? Living together is just a sinful. What is stopping you two from getting married. The past?
The Lord will not bless you both by living in the same house and not being married as well. So what is the point here? You both need to do the responsible thing and get married.
