Miss Lebeau's answer is perfect. It's very formal sounding and the literal translation. If you're just speaking to them though, and you wanna sound more casual I would just say,
"(Usted, Ustedes) No tiene(n) que cortar la hierba", or
"No tienen que mantener el patio (el cesped, la hierba).
The first one is saying, "you (or you guys plural), don't have to cut the grass". And the second one is saying, "you guys don't have to maintain the lawn."

The sentence "sin mantenimiento de césped" sounds very weird.
