Marinol CII or CIII in GA.?

Question

This is the question and i already know the Answer see my pharmacy denied the call in of this drug saying it is a CII when it is a CIII and says so right on the box it comes in. Well this pharmacist is going on and on saying they changed the Schedule on it a long time ago. Can any one tell me if this Drug is a CII or CIII? Plus i called the maker of this drug and they say the same thing i say CIII

The DEA has it as a CIII, but a state can make it more selective than the DEA. I've always known Marinol as a CIII.
