thats a toughie, Id say do some leg press with only your left, maybe hook your ankle up to the cable machine and do that pullout exercise where you pull your leg away from your body.
I guess I don't see y thats such a bad thing. Try and focus on pushing more on your L pedal while you are riding

this usualy happens when one side is naturally stronger than the other and there for your body tends to depend on it more. what i would recommend for you is doing some stairsteps or lunges or any other exercise that can help to build up the muscles on your right side and are comparable to the work out you get from biking and running. be sure to work out both sides but also to put 80 percent of the focus on the left. and after a while of doing this you should notice some difference and remember, dont ever resort to your right side when your left hasnt reached complete fatigue yet, this would only cause more muscle growth on the right side.

good luck!

Go see a doctor to make sure you don't have any orthopedic issues. Ask about whether you would benefit from custom shoe inserts.

Imbalances in your posture and exercise can result in pain, injury or reduced exercise ability. Something as simple as a shoe insert can help.
