This whole religion thing has become ridiculous. Basically it seems that it is just a plausible excuse (in the eyes of many) to do what one wants then say it was God's will, whether it be to dominate, take, steal, cheat, or just get one's way. It's no better than tribes wanting to gain domination over the other, it's sad and pathetic and really something the world should have grown out of after the dark ages. Whether you're black, white, green, blue, muslim, christian, hindii, man, woman, horse or cow, it doesn't matter. We cannot live together, that much we are proving. It's time for a change, it's getting so boring.

This is extreme.Seems to me the Clerics jumped on this one.
What more of a comforting name to these war abused children
to name this teddy, in a class room, which is probably their only sense of normality in their lives.40 lashes, i think, forty educators should volunteer to receive one lash each in demonstration of this horrific act.
should Christians call for revenge?
thats not the Christian way.

First off, didn't she allow the children to name the Teddy Bear? So it was the children, not her. But maybe she has learned her lesson and will stay in her home country. When will we learn not to mess around with those people. There is no way of reasoning with them. You go to those countries, you are taking your life into your own hands. There is no way, your own country can help you. She will be lucky if she gets back to her home country alive. No one not a native to those countries have any business going there. Stay Home!

As a Christian, i must forgive my enemies and love them as I would wish to be loved.

This does not mean necessarily turn the other check and get stomped on... it means that we, through our actions as Christians must show our Muslim brothers and sisters what true love for humanity means. That we can forgive (when repentance is shown) and move on. Only by our actions can we show them what love is. By doing what they do, lowers our standards to that of theirs. remember, their religion, has not had an opportunity to reform itself - it is split into factions, and civil war... Christianity is not perfect either - rather some Christians give us all a bad rep. We had our reformation, and but that has not stopped Christian from killing Christian.

If I ran this country I would be declaring war on sudan just because they take themselves too seriously.
Mohammed was a man who believed god was talking to him. Now doesn`t that sound like a nutter to you.

And for all those that say Christians don`t take revenge its not their way. No you just have crusades don`t ya.
All religions can suck my hairy balls.
And i`m not an athiest i`m a nontheist I don`t care either way.

Christians should NEVER call for revenge. Even if she is an enemy of the faith (and it's HER country, remember), we should 'only' pray for her. Matthew 5:38-48

No Christians should be praying for her especially now she's been sent to the most notorious women's prison in Sudan for protection and peace.

Under no circumstances! Christians are above this petty eye for an eye, tooth for tooth mentality, and tend not to be so horribly uncharitable as the Sudanese!

I think the fact her name is mud is enough punishment already. I know if I was hiring for a school I wouldn't pick her. life of unemployment is worse then 6 days in jail.
