What exercises should i be doing?

Bicep curls and tricep extensions

you need to do three different exercises on each muscle every time you go, no less than three sets a peice

Use three of the following workouts every time you go (prefferably seperate days for bis and tris). Go twice a week for each and the three workouts you do monday for biceps do on thursday, but then the next monday switch one of them for another, and the same the next week so you're never doing the same lifts week to week.

Bicep lifts:
Preacher curls
Hammer curls
Standing barbell curls
Sitting barbell curls
Concentration curls
Easy bar curls
Straight bar curls (change your grip position)
Cable curls

Tricep workouts:
Pulldowns
Skull crushers
Pullovers (lying on back
Standing pullovers
Throwbacks
Cable throwbacks
Pushups
Rows

max the last lift of every set

Triceps - 3 sets of each 12x10x8 reps

Close grip presses
Skull crushers
Push downs with straight bar on cables
Rope extentions

Biceps - 3 sets of each 12x10x8 reps

Straight bar curls
Preacher Curls - close grip
Hammer Curls
Seated one handed curls

chin up,pull up. weights but theres loads of techniques to do weights
