Yes I pray 5 times a day.
I pray for my brother, for my Muslims brothers and sisters in Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia. I pray for ALLAH(Subhanna wa ta'ala) to not let my brother's cancer come back and for ALLAH(Subhanna wa ta'ala) to keep my husband's family safe and for my sister in law to find a husband who will treat her nicely and like a queen. I pray for the Muslims in GIMO to be set free so they can go home and for the Muslims to unite to get Palestine back from the Israel Jews. I pray for ALLAH(Subhanna wa ta'ala) to let all my husband's family and my brother to go to Jinnah when they die and to forgive the Muslims of their sins. I pray for God to watch over the poor people and to let my husband's first wife be able to get pregnant and to keep her and her family safe.

I pray regularly. I try to set aside a specific time to "pray" in a formal manner. When I do, I use the Lord's Prayer (or Our Father) as a pattern. I also have a set of file cards on which I have listed people and situations for which I have promised to pray. As the prayers are answered, I date them and file them away. (Nice to look back over all the answered ones from time to time)
During the day, I continue to pray whenever i have a moment. It may be just a sentence or two, asking for a blessing for someone, or for wisdom before I head out on a service call. Anytime someone comes to mind, they take a moment to pray for them. (And I do a lot if it for some of the people asking questions on this site as I read them - LOL).
But prayer is simple talking to God, asking for his wisdom, asking for blessing on others, and seeking his will for me that day.

Prayers of thanks, adoration, and for spiritual bessings on myself and others who inspire me at the moment I'm in prayer. I've also become a great "txt msg" to God ... IDK if he likes my txt msg prying ... but I do.
