1) the sauna is good for stress reduction but won't help you lose weight (except for water, which you gain back anyway)
2) increase your running to 45 minutes total. take the 20 minutes away from the sauna.
3) you need to eat more than twice a day, but the right amounts, of the right things. educate yourself on food and diet. basic medical advice ought to be enough - use the food guide, and don't eat less than 1500 calories a day.
4) why may 2008??? depending on where you're starting from, that could be a seriously punishing regime. you'll see great results just following a normal plan.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

go to www.mypyramid.gov to find out exactly how much you should consume nad how much activity you need. when you are watchin TV maybe you should do sit ups or tune into Fit TV. Wake up a little early and put is some stretches or wahtever sport you like. afterschool do a routine that you will stick to. diet wise, stick to a 1,800 calorie diet. use a diet journal to help. record what you ate and it's calories. figure how much you went over and burn that. record the exercises and calories burnt. write in it daily. ask a counselor for school nutrition.
exercise too. i do 50 push ups, sit ups and stretch a lot. i jog atleast 30 minutes a day, i do yoga in my free time and dance sometimes! have fun doing it too! get buds to join
my food-
i eat a bowl of mini wheats that have lots of fiber with an able on the side for breakfast, school i have no extras for lunch, snack is a handful of nuts and dinner i don't over eat.
sometimes thirst is mistooken for hunger. so drink all the time to make sure.
the average person needs 8 glasses a day! ha!
and check some past questions about BMI and overweight/underweight to find out. and check your doctor or gym teacher to make sure dieting and exercising is okay. you cna damage yourself or hurt yourself a lot!

I have recently lost 48lbs in just over 5 months.
I ate only:-
Lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, fresh fruit, vegetables, (potatoes, brown rice, brown pasta) keep these plain and simple, no butter, sauce, etc., beans & pulses, wholegrains, skimmed milk, low fat dairy products, non sugary cereals, coffee, tea, sugar free beverages, healthy oils, (olive, sunflower, safflower, flaxseed and rapeseed) Limited to 2 tsp a day.
I did not eat:-
Takeaway meals, ready made meals you buy in the supermarket, processed meats, biscuits, cakes, sweets, chocolate, alcohol, sugared fizzy drinks.
Snack on fresh fruit only, drink plenty of water (as you are), chew your food properly, eat slowly, stop eating when you feel full, cut your portion sizes down if you can.
I also joined a gym like you. I attended 5/6 times a week for 1 hour at a time. But only did cardio. I know this acellerated my weight loss. But also in eating the above only, being all low fat.
The key to weight loss is diet along with exercise.
I wish you lots of luck and hope you achieve your goal.

Not drinking enough water, for one. You should do at least 45 minutes of cardio. Try riding a bike. Also, check the portions of your food. If you eat, say, 6oz of steamed chicken and a cup of fresh veggies, you should lose the weight in no time. Also, switch do drinking water exclusively. And no booze! That's where the calories are.

you don't start burning fat till after 20min. of exertion so work your weights really fast (keep your heart rate up) before you run to get your body going, then you need to at least double the length of your run, I'm venturing a guess that your intensity is too low as well, you should be at no less than 6mph. for an entire 1/2 hour to loose weight efficently.
I aguree with what the others said too.
