Absolutely! Being caring, humane, honest and having a working moral compass is not the preserve of those who follow a "creator" ideology!

yeah its possible, the only problem is what morals will they adhere to? Their own? Isnt that self serving?

If an atheist serves others, than they follow Gods commandment of love...
