Wow - I guess nobody told me that the online dating scene was that dangerous (kidding!!). I've been using online sites for the past 3 yrs w/out any problems. You just need to be careful about getting to know them via email and/or phone before you agree to meet - then ALWAYS meet in a public location. There are some pretty creepy people online (both male and female) but if you're careful to prescreen and make sure to only meet in public places until you get to know each other it's not any less safe than meeting someone you don't know at a coffee shop.

You're absolutely right about online dating. Go to places that interest you. Single men are at supermarkets, libraries, book stores, exhibits, car shows, car washes, all the places many women go.

A lot of people say to go to the grocery store to pick up the opposite sex. A lot of people say to go to Church and find them. Theres always the Bar Scene if your into that.
