Baked Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS
6 pork chops
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 egg, beaten
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup white wine

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with garlic powder and seasoning salt to taste. Place the beaten eggs in a small bowl. Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with bread crumbs.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork chops 5 minutes per side, or until the breading appears well browned. Transfer the chops to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. While baking, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk and white wine in a medium bowl. After the pork chops have baked for an hour, cover them with the soup mixture. Replace foil, and bake for another 30 minutes.

STUFFED BAKED PORK CHOPS

4 to 6 lean pork chops
4 to 6 c. stuffing mix
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 diced apple
2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 c. white or red wine (or water)

Prepare stuffing mix. Fry pork chops and place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Heap about 1 cup of prepared stuffing on top of each pork chop. Mold the stuffing lightly into an attractive shape. Mix together soup and wine (or water if you must). Pour carefully over pork chops and stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

A1 pork chops are pretty delicious!
just take a pan and line it with aluminum foil, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. line the porkchops on the foil in the pan and coat each with a little A1 steaksauce. cook them for 30 minutes, turn 'em over, and put a little more A1. cook for 30 more minutes and viola!
they go great with either fries, rice, potatoes, greens...etc, they're very versatile

I also wanted pork one evening, but didn't want the same boring breaded meat. These turn out kinda sweet and sour like. It's definitely something different, and any one of the ingredients could easily be substituted for something else if you see something on the list that you don't really like. I was kind of hesitant to try the recipe at first, (I always like looking at pictures first, lol) but these turned out well. Good luck!

Shake and Bake for pork is really good, the meat comes out tender and moist. You could put some onion power in the shake and bake if you like.
