After about 5 minutes of listening to your church minister preach, you think to yourself "This is a topic I have heard about before?" Then, without a moments thought as to where you are, you blurt out "Drink!"

At least YOU didn't yell, "Take your top off!"

Never, and yes I go to church.
There have been certain preachers that have bored me to tears though. They would've made great politicians-- 100 words to get across one point. Excessive speech in a sometimes monotone voice. My mind would wander so bad. I could at times never even see the outline that was supposedly being used.
Never yelled out Drink, but thought of walking out in frustration.

Church would be fun if it had an open bar. But then why not just go to a bar or club. Get rid of the boring stuff.

Maybe you need to tell your religious leader that you get bored at church or maybe you need to quit on drinking, specially on church.

Even if I've heard it before, it never gets old.
The moment Scripture becomes redundant to us.....it might mean that we are slipping a bit in our relationship with Him
