Get a second opinion and a cat scan. X-rays can not capture the entire spine because your tailbone is in the way. L4 and L5 are concealed by the tailbone. You need to see an orthopedic specialist.

I am no med expert, but understand somethings that can relieve a person's suffering.

I recommend some basic measures to help you.

1. How is your matress? If it is too old and worn, or not rotated and flipped, you can get problems. Do Not sleep on couch or any surface that can shift you back out of alignment.

2. How is you diet? Do you go to bed on a full stomach? Going to bed on a full stomach can stress you back muscles to counter-balance when they should be relaxing. Keep your stomach coated but do not fill or over fill it to the brim. USE Special caution during Holidays.

3. Exercise. A 30 minute walk before meals and after will work wonders for your back muscles. Practice walking with your stomach pressed inward, it will help your back to support you.

4. Consider Yoga. Many of the postures and movements can be helpful to the back.

5. Check your Physical, Mental, Emotional Posture. It sounds strange but mindfully aligning these postures can make a difference. Avoid UN-necessary stresses. Some are unavoidable but do not find some stress for yourself.

Let me know if this has helped you. Good Health to you.

You can try to find a healer who workes after Dr. Klinghardt.
And see what you can find with it.
Or ask for answer.
Ask and the answer will come.
Be open for the answer.
may be you find a book, hear something in radio
or a friend will tell you ...

sounds like you need a bone density test done. this will tell them if your bones are becoming brittle which will cause constant severe pain. thats how they found my husbands. he has osteoporosis. the same thing women who are going thru menopause have, its a lack of calcium in the diet.
