The purpose of a cover letter and resume is to get you the interview. Now that you've got it, great! Be sure to bring several extra copies of your resume because you never know for sure how many interviewers there will be. Distribute them before anyone has a chance to ask you for it. Most likey they will have the one you sent with your cover letter ready to go, but will appreciate a clean copy. Or they can say no thanks, but will see you are prepared. As for the cover letter, that is not necessary to bring extra copies. You will be discussing points made in the letter during the course of the interview. Talk yourself up because no one else will!

YES YES YES! ALWAYS bring extra copies. I am apalled when candidates show up emtpy handed. Its shows that they didnt care to take the time to be prepared. Even if everyone already has a copy of your resume - you look better if you are prepared with extra copies in case they need anything or add someone to the interview schedule!

ALWAYS! If you see them looking for the one you sent offer them the copy you brought. Also bring a copy of your references; names, addresses and phone numbers. In case they ask or you have the info handy if you need to fill any other paper work!

YES! Just a reminder for them if they need it. Also make sure you remember your interviewer's name and send them a thank you note for the interview. In the thank you note, you will highlight things that happened during the interview as a way to remind them who you are.

Good Luck!

Always! If they don't ask for it oh well. But you will have something to refer to when they are asking you questions. It's good to have there with you.
