Report monkeys (usually fundies) sitting on the report key. Their lives are so empty that they have to get their jollies from reporting people. It's ridiculous. Anyway, welcome to r&s. Most of us really aren't that bad. Seriously.

Someone has to do it. Sorry about your luck, but someone has to make the decisions, and that of course isn't always going to work perfectly. But it is better then just leaving a board to chaos.
