You are mourning the loss of someone you love. That is a very sad place to be. Try to make yourself think of the happy things you did together, and gradually the pain will lessen.
Try not to lose control of yourself when you think of her. Think happy memories. She would not want for you to make yourself sick.
She is with God now. Be happy for her.

First, I am very sorry you lost your sister. I cannot even imagine. Hang in there....the pain does go away, and one day you will be able to think of her with happy thoughts. She loved you I am sure, and she would want you to mourn, but then be strong and live for her.

As for your problem:
You probably have a lot of tension in your head from all the crying. You may have popped a few blood vessles in your eyes (this will go away)
Buy some Excederine (extra strengh perhaps) or IB Profin. Take the recomended dose. Then lay in your bed....lights off, with a cool wash rag over your eyes. Take deep breaths in and out....really focus on taking a deep breath, then letting it all the way out.
Do this a few times a day for as long as you can (every 6 hour for the meds)
I really think your head as just had a lot of strain from all the crying and needs some relax time.

My prayers are with you and your family!

you've probably cried yourself sick...literally. I would rest with a cold rag on my head and think of things about my sister that would make me smile! I'm so sorry about your loss, I can imagine it's painful! Be strong you know your sister would want you to be happy and healthy so take good care of yourself!

First of all, I am so sorry for your loss.

now for your physical pain. I wouldn't know why you are feeling physical pain when you cry. The only I could think of is that the emotional pain of your loss is so great that it has become physcial.

You need to go to the ER immediately. They will make payment arrangements for you. Don't play around with your health, it's not worth it!!
