It could be your resume (if you have one) - maybe try shortening it. Alot of employers wont hire someone with a long resume.
Or if you are not impressing at the interview. Make the interviewer think you are ready for whatever they want you to do, but dont seem fake.

I don't know. how old are you? What are you qualified to do? What kind of jobs have you had in the past? What sort of education have you had? Do dress nicely (clean, neat) when you go in to fill out applications or do interviews? Do you look interested and engaged when you do interviews? Have you researched the companies you want to work for so that you can ask intelligent questions?
