Which driver did Kenny Wallace get into an altercation with in 1998?

I remember a NASCAR show, where the topic was about drivers fighting, and I saw a clip of Kenny Wallace trying to fight another driver, but I forgot who was the driver.

If it serves me right He was driving the #55 Square-D car at that time and I believe it was a small scuffle and shouting match with Kevin Lepage but man your frying my memory cells on this one!!!!
