No. I could have lactose intolerance (inability to digest milk properly.) I think my dad had it. I met a man recently who told me that as my blood group is "O", I shouldn't drink milk. I don't know how far his words are true.
Another friend, a lady, told me that we may not really need that much protein which cows' milk contains. She said goats' milk seems better for the human digestive system.
Since young, whenever I drink milk made from powdered milk, I always get 'heaty', n I ended up having ulcers in my mouth. Also, another lady friend and I always get sore throat whenever we drink a particular brand of powdered milk.
But the silver lining is: I can take milk (made from powdered milk) when I use it to make scrambled egg, which I use butter to prepare. It's really fragrant! I use 2 tablespoons (Chinese tablespoon, or soup spoon) of milk for 1 egg.

No I don't drink milk at all. The only time I have milk is when I use it for cooking or in the rare instance I have cereal.

Yes, I am a milk lover.

I put a lot of milk in my coffee or tea - it just tastes better to me with a large quantity of milk.

Also milk is very good in hot chocolate - delicious.
