My questions are with regard to christian beliefs. Physical body of Jesus is created or begotten? Where is his body now?

That is a very old question and formal doctrine was decided by the council of Nicea in 325.
The answer was determined that he was begotten, of the same substance as the Father.
As for where His body is now, we believe that He was physically lifted into heaven and resides there now (see Luke 24).

Physical body was human, born as a baby, grew up like we do. He was resurrected and now has a new body which sits at the right hand of the Father making intercession for us.

He had a body like us. Now it is resurrected and prefect. It is flesh and bone, no blood. He is living in Heaven.
