My favorite kind of Spam is in the can, unopened.
Although every two years I do get a craving for the stuff. After opening a can, I'm good for another two years.
I like it as a breakfeast item pan-fried with eggs.

I tried a musubi (I know I butchered the spelling)
It's a sushi roll with spam & sushi rice wrapped up in seaweed. Put a little wasabi on it, it's AWESOME. Hawaiians made it famous, they buy it in convenience stores like we grab a bag of jerky. Seriously, I made a grossed-out face & made fun of it until I tried it.
