I have graduated, passed the ARRT board. Apply more than 15 times to several places and still can't get an interview. If I knew this happen, I would never be in RT program.

There are some serious RT Schools in MN, so it can be hard to get a job. What kind of resume/CV are you using? Maybe work on looking at some smaller clincs around where you are.

I just saw an article in one of my radiology magazines about there being too many RTs now... a few years ago there weren't enough. You may have to settle for an off shift, or part time, or commute farther than you would like, to get your foot in the door.
