Just because she had a sex change to become a woman does not mean she now has a uterus and ovaries. No female reproductive organs, no babies.

she cannot have a baby because she does not have the egg cells like a person who was born as a woman does

By 'a woman who use to be a man'(sic) I assume you mean a transsexual woman.
No, she can't have children; she doesn't have a uterus or ovaries.
It's a perennial source of sadness for many transsexual woman.

i highly think she/he cant have babies since the only think that changed was his "down there", he cant possibly have the same parts neccessary tohave a child like a woman
