Do you really think God cares whether or not you watch a movie? We have finite minds-we cannot comprehend the infinite. No human can answer for God. I believe in free will-it is God's gift to humans. Any organization that tells you there is only one right way to believe, that their way is the only way to heaven and all the rest go to hell are actually the anti-christ they love to preach against. Any thing that gets between you and your personal loving relationship with your Creator, is the anti-christ. This includes feeling guilty, ashamed; otherwise damaged goods that are not good enough to get to heaven. Who are you as a person? what is in your heart? these are the things to be concerned with, not trivial matters such as movies you like. We are loved already, right now, for who we are-blemishes and all-that is the beauty and the saving grace of unconditional love. We are loved because we are imperfect. I think Dogma is a great movie. I like Michael also. God cares for my soul not for my ego..

Well if you do I'll be right there with you. I love that movie. I love all of Kevin Smith's movies. Although I don't think you can go to hell just because you like a movie. How ridiculous would that be?

Even though I'm an atheist, I find it very entertaining. If I go to hell for enjoying it, I assume that I will have lots of company with excellent taste in movies.
I have only one strong objection:
I can accept that Jesus may have been black. I can even accept that God may be a woman.
I will not accept that God may be Canadian.

I'm a Christian, and that's in my top 5 favorite movies. I'm guessing anybody who's offended by it hasn't actually seen it. If you go to hell for liking it, I'll see you there. We'll hang out.

People seem to have a misunderstanding of the entire heaven and hell thing.
Heaven and hell has absolutely nothing to do with anything at all on earth that a person does or doesn't do.

are u serious? There is no such thing as going to hell for liking a movie. and if you think the movie has a wrong message and you accepted it, pray for guidance and forgiveness from Jesus.

don't worry too much about it. it's just a movie, and God has a sense of humor. but if you did go to hell for it, you can sit next to me and we can watch it together. but no popcorn, i hate the smell of popcorn.
