I read another ? about how 'he' kept having the same dreams dealing with fire. People said it could mean anger. Well I too have the same dreams, but with water. They differ each night. I have 1 where me and my dad are in a Jeep and we have to jump a lake but the bridge begins like a ramp. We speed up the ramp, but never make it to the other side. We miss it by a foot. Before we hit the water my dream changes. Only one time we made it. One time we landed in the middle of the water and were stranded. Another involves me in a ship, but it has a hull on the top and bottom and I'm inside. I'm riding through a storm really fast down giant waterfalls and constantly flipping over riding on both sides. The dream seems to never end until I wake up. Another also involves a bridge except I'm in the car with my mom. First, we drop down a straight road about 100 feet high and speed up a large bridge. It's also a ramp, but we never make it over the water. I have others, but those occur most often.

In general, I think the water dreams you describe are representations of being in the womb. I think womb dreams are pretty common (I also have them, they just look different).

-- Trying to get across a ramp/bridge. Could represent going from one part of the unconscious to another. There are obstacles to doing this. These parts of the inner self aren't linked properly. Also analogous to birth process which is pretty rough.

-- Unable to make it across bridges. Could represent a situation in your life where you are disappointed.

-- Dream of riding around in a boat. You aren't in control of the boat which is careening wildly. The boat is flipping you around. But you are relatively safe within the boundaries of the boat. Sounds like you are a baby in your pregnant mom's stomach.

no fear of drowning in any of these so no need to go negativbe on these ones, and likewise I'm avboiding the sex similarities because I hate people who interpret everything as sexual.

It's primarily freedom. The times the water is in the way, particulary when you're driving is you are striving towards a goal or the means to do what you want, carrying those close to you to better than you are now. The water is your obstacle, you're trying to clear it but getting bogged down, so either you need more momentum or more likely you need to finish the bridge, you're close but not there yet.

Conversely the travelling through water is an expression of freedom, swimming frees you from ordinary movement, it can be fast and exhilirating but often it's also out of your control so you might feel you're speeding along but maybe not of your own choice, and not sure where you'll end up.

Hope that helped a little.

Water is a dream signifying worries, fear or problems; real or imagined.

Your dreams indicate that, as hard as you try, you never quite resolve the issues. Even your Mom and Dad are unable to help.

The jeep and ship represent independance, seek help from others and you should be able to bridge the gap and solve your issues.

Water signifies emotions ( whether of love or fear )
also water is fluid moving easily through and around (obstacles----fear ) to a more peace full state , I would say the dreams are asking you to look at your emotional states and what pushes your buttons , and to be conscious that emotions are guide posts and not be taken for a ride with them , recognize them , thank them when they appear and move to whatever state of mind you prefer, most prefer a peace full mind , but that is always up to the writer of the script...U .
